The opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful businesses to join our soon-to-be $100M software company — and run the next product we launch as if it were your own.

Here’s what that gets you: a product to build and run your way, funding to build it, a salary while you do, a dedicated development team, 1,000+ customers already waiting to launch into — and a cut of the upside you create. None of the two years starting from zero.

The founding team picks the product. You take it end to end: the design, the build, the launch, and the business once it’s live — the revenue, the retention, the growth.

And you do it the way you already like to work: from anywhere, on your own hours, paid for results instead of attendance, with a founder whose last agency did $50M in your corner instead of on your back. Nail this product and you run the next one, with a team under you. That’s the real offer — a path to being a key player inside a $100M software company and being rewarded heavily for it.

About us

ROAS is a US company that builds software to help agencies, marketers and sales teams turn more traffic into more sales. Our first product, ROASForm, has grown fast and is used every day by 1,000+ agencies and sales teams.

But one product was never the plan. Our customers run their businesses on six tools that don't talk to each other, and every product that closes one of those gaps launches into a customer base that already trusts us. That's the bet: a suite of world-class products serving the same customers gets us to a $100M valuation faster than any single product could.

Who we're looking for

Someone who has already built something real. Not a corporate PM — an entrepreneur. Maybe a founder who already had their exit, or an operator who has done the solo grind and learned that alone you move fast, but together you get further.

  • You've run your own business in the online space. An agency, a coaching or info business, an e-com brand, a lead gen operation, a SaaS. Something where you were responsible for the revenue and nobody was coming to save you.
  • You've been the customer. You've lived in GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or HubSpot, built the funnels, run the Meta or Google spend, and hated most of the tools for specific reasons you can name.
  • You've built and run people. You've hired, set targets, fired someone, and hit a number with a team — not just on your own.
  • You build with AI tools. Working prototypes, not decks. You don't need to be an engineer — you need to put a working thing in front of a customer and give a development team direction they can build from.
  • You have marketing judgment. If you can personally take the product to market on cold traffic, you're at the top of the pay range. If you can't, you'll work with our marketing team — that's fine.

You don't need to have launched a SaaS before. You need a track record of making things work with your own money and time on the line.

What you'll do

  • Prove the problem. Talk to our customers, study the competitors, and come back with specifics instead of guesses.
  • Design the product. UI, prototype, workflows, edge cases — written clearly enough that the development team builds it without asking twice.
  • Ship it. Work with the development team, set priority, test what ships, own it when it breaks.
  • Launch it. Offer, pricing input, messaging, demo, cross-sell into the base.
  • Run the numbers. Activation, retention, revenue, cost — you bring the number every week, good or bad.

The first year

V1 live in 90 days with paying customers. $10k+/mo in new MRR within 90 days of launch. If you can take it to market on cold traffic yourself, great — if not, our marketing team runs that with you.

How we work & what we value

We're a US company, remote-first. You can work from anywhere. No fixed hours, no time tracking, unlimited time off — we pay for what ships, not for attendance. We love workaholics. Most of us are here because building is the fun part.

We do need 2–3 hours of overlap each day with the Europe time zone so we can actually work together.

  • Build the best, or don't build it at all. We don't need more features than competitors. We need an edge — and that edge has to be clearly better than theirs.
  • Undeniable results. A bottleneck solved, therefore revenue increased. Ten hours of work that drove results beats forty that didn't.
  • A servant mindset. We don't start with "what do we gain." We start with what the other person gets — a better result, a better experience, a better outcome.
  • Stewardship. Our customers trust us with their money and their businesses. We treat both like our own.
  • Low ego. Admit mistakes fast. The best idea wins, no matter whose it is.
  • No profanity. We don't defile our mouths or the ears of others. Words either build people up or tear them down — ours build.
  • No babysitting. Nobody assigns you work. You own the outcome, or this isn't the seat.
  • Speed. We type fast, we reply fast, we launch fast. Most of what people schedule for next week can be done today.

What we offer

  • Salary: $96,000–$240,000 USD/year. Where you land depends on your track record and whether you can take the product to market yourself — not on how hard you negotiate.
  • Milestone bonuses on launch date, adoption and revenue — agreed in writing before you start.
  • Equity conversation in 8–12 months after proven performance and results.
  • A dedicated development team and a budget you control for the product you run.
  • 1,000+ paying customers to launch into from day one. No cold start, no fundraising.
  • Direct access to the founder, who has built and exited companies before this one — his last agency did $50M.
  • Fully remote, no fixed hours, unlimited time off. We do need 2–3 hours of overlap each day with the Europe time zone so we can actually work together.

If this is you, apply.

A 4–6 minute Loom. That's the application.
