The opportunity
We're looking for a full-stack growth marketer who has scaled at least $150k/month in ad spend on a single offer to join our soon-to-be $100M software company — and build the acquisition engine this company has never had.
Here's what that gets you: a product that already works, 1,000+ paying customers, a budget, and ownership of the whole path — ads, landing pages, lead magnets, VSLs. We got here on word of mouth. The first dollar of paid spend is yours. None of the usual marketer problem of selling something nobody wants.
This is not a media-buyer seat. You run Meta and you build the funnel it hits: landing pages, lead magnets, VSLs — a webinar if that's what converts. You are always testing a new front-end offer and a new funnel. You are not afraid of a blank page, and you are not afraid of the record button.
You'll be measured on money — CAC, payback — not on activity. Our customers are people who run ads for a living: the hardest market to bluff, and the fastest to convert when the product actually works. You do it from anywhere, on your own hours, paid for results, with a founder who has sold into this market for years — his last agency did $50M — in your corner instead of on your back. Prove Meta, then you run growth for the whole suite. That's the real offer — a path to being a key player inside a $100M software company and being rewarded heavily for it.
About us
ROAS is a US company that builds software to help agencies, marketers and sales teams turn more traffic into more sales. Our first product, ROASForm, has grown fast and is used every day by 1,000+ agencies and sales teams.
But one product was never the plan. Our customers run their businesses on six tools that don't talk to each other, and every product that closes one of those gaps launches into a customer base that already trusts us. That's the bet: a suite of world-class products serving the same customers gets us to a $100M valuation faster than any single product could. None of it scales without someone who can take it to market.
Who we're looking for
Someone who has scaled real spend on a real offer — and owned the funnel it hit. Not a media buyer. Not a strategist.
- You've scaled at least $150k/month — $5k/day — on a single offer. Not blended spend across a book of accounts. One offer, that number, profitably.
- You've done it more than once. Ideally on at least five different offers. One lucky campaign is not a track record.
- You're full-stack: ads and funnels. Landing pages, lead magnets, VSLs. If you only buy traffic and hand it to someone else, this is not the seat.
- You test new front ends without being asked. New offers, new funnels, a VSL, a webinar — whatever the number says. You build it to find out. You are not afraid of a blank page.
- You're not afraid of the record button. If you won't hit record, you're not really a marketer. Camera-on is part of the job.
- You've run B2B or software funnels. Ideally. You've put traffic into a funnel selling to a business — not only e-com or info.
- You're AI-native. Highly leveraged. Creative volume, landing pages, research, variants — you use AI to move 10x faster, not to look busy.
- You are comfortable being measured on money. CAC, payback — weekly, good or bad.
Blended spend across ten accounts does not count. One offer. $150k+/month.
What you'll do
- Own the ads. Start with Meta. Prove Meta first. Budget, pacing, creative. You decide what gets tested and you kill what loses. Other channels come later — they are not the job right now.
- Own the funnel. Landing pages, lead magnets, VSLs. Ads without a funnel you control is guessing.
- Test new front ends constantly. New offers, new funnels, a VSL, a webinar if that's what converts. You build it, you run traffic to it, you keep what prints.
- Own the tracking. Attribution that survives scrutiny. If spend cannot be tied to revenue, we are guessing.
- Own the reporting. Spend, CAC, payback. One weekly number, no dashboards nobody reads.
The first year
Prove Meta inside 90 days at a CAC we set together. Reporting clean enough that everyone trusts it. Other channels only after Meta is printing.
How we work & what we value
We're a US company, remote-first. You can work from anywhere. No fixed hours, no time tracking, unlimited time off — we pay for what ships, not for attendance. We love workaholics. Most of us are here because building is the fun part.
We do need 2–3 hours of overlap each day with the Europe time zone so we can actually work together.
- Build the best, or don't build it at all. We don't need more features than competitors. We need an edge — and that edge has to be clearly better than theirs.
- Undeniable results. A bottleneck solved, therefore revenue increased. Ten hours of work that drove results beats forty that didn't.
- A servant mindset. We don't start with "what do we gain." We start with what the other person gets — a better result, a better experience, a better outcome.
- Stewardship. Our customers trust us with their money and their businesses. We treat both like our own.
- Low ego. Admit mistakes fast. The best idea wins, no matter whose it is.
- No profanity. We don't defile our mouths or the ears of others. Words either build people up or tear them down — ours build.
- No babysitting. Nobody assigns you work. You own the outcome, or this isn't the seat.
- Speed. We type fast, we reply fast, we launch fast. Most of what people schedule for next week can be done today.
What we offer
- Salary: $96,000–$240,000 USD/year. Base. Where you land depends on your track record and the results you can bring — not on how hard you negotiate.
- OTE $500,000+/year. Base plus performance pay on CAC, revenue, and payback, written before you start. When the ads are printing, total pay is closer to $50k a month. Uncapped. You can most directly move revenue, so you get paid when you do.
- A live product with 1,000+ customers and real proof to sell with — no budget burned validating an idea nobody wants.
- Full ownership of the machine. Your ads, your funnels, your tests. No committee, no brand police.
- Direct access to the founder, who has sold into this market for years — his last agency did $50M.
- Fully remote, no fixed hours, unlimited time off. We do need 2–3 hours of overlap each day with the Europe time zone so we can actually work together.
